Beginning a New Chapter

So I'm starting graduate school in a few weeks. I'm going to be a Husky.

This has been a long term goal of mine, and not just because I thought their mascot was cute when I was ten. I am very excited to get started (and more excited to finish--and graduate--and start my new career--and make more money--a lot more money...) But the downside is my model time will be more limited over the next couple years.

Don’t get me wrong: I’m not quitting the hobby or the blog. Writing this brings me a great deal of joy and it’s a nice outlet/break from the rest of my world. However, homework may come first occasionally. I’ve got a Thursday class this semester so I’m predicting the tutorials won’t be as regular. I’m considering focusing more one short tips mixed in with the longer tutorials.

My production output will go down. Not so many models and likely not so many sales. 90% of the work I’m looking to produce over the next year will be Desert Fish projects and will go to Lauren Hoeffer for painting. So don’t panic when you don’t see my on Blab or see any new stuff pop-up on MH$P. I’m not dead.

The best way to keep up with new posts will be my Facebook page, which I’m very good about keeping updated with the latest content.
